Give us your e-mail on the bottom of your check to sign-up. Pay by card and that number is then directly linked to your Perks. Then each time you use that card, you'll automatically get your points. Customer MUST use the link in their welcome email to verify the card in order for the card to be used for redeeming points. If the card is not verified, the debit/credit card alone will not prompt the customer to use their points for discounts.
Earn points for dine in, take out, or online ordering. Private dining and catering are not eligible for points.
Sign-up for Birthday Rewards and you will also receive $10 off for your birthday (available 7 days before or after your birthday). Click on the button in the email you receive after signing-up to register your birthday.
Your reward can be used on all purchases except for catering and private events.
You will receive a welcome email with a link to your personal Perks page where you can look-up your balance at any time, or we can look up your balance when you visit us.
Give us your e-mail or last name to check your balance or redeem your points. You can also print out your 16 digit code or a QR code from your personal rewards page and use those for redeeming points. Or you can provide your server the linked credit card.
Minimum redemption is 100 points or $5. Your entire balance will be applied to the chosen check, up to your maximum number of points--no partial redemption of points is allowed.
We will not use your email address for any other purpose unless you give us separate permission to do so (see Privacy Statement below).
DO NOT delete the e-mail w/ link as it is unique to your point balance.
Perks accounts that have had no activity in the last 12 months will be deactivated and any points in that account will be lost.

Administration of Loyalty Program
By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, you authorize Merchant to share Personal Information with our loyalty processor, ToastTab. This information will be used to track your transactions with Merchant and to offer you rewards under the Loyalty Program.
Privacy
The Trail House (referred to herein as “Merchant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) recognizes the importance of maintaining the privacy of customers who enroll in the Trail House Perks program, powered by ToastTab (“Loyalty Program”).
This privacy policy describes the practices of Merchant regarding the collection, use and sharing of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) gathered through the Loyalty Program (“Merchant Privacy Policy”) and is effective as of 02-2019.
Under no circumstances will The Trail House share any Personal Information about you with any person or organization except in the following instances:
- in connection with providing rewards and/or services to you under the Loyalty Program
- as may be required by law or court order; or
- as otherwise set forth herein
Under certain circumstances, as permitted by law, The Trail House may also share or disclose information about its customers that is aggregated, anonymous or that otherwise does not personally identify you or any other customer.
Information We Collect.
We will collect Personal Information from consumers who enroll and participate in Virtual Rewards as necessary to administer the Loyalty Program, and as described in this Merchant Privacy Policy. “Personal Information” is information that uniquely identifies you, and includes, among other things, your name, telephone number, email address, date of birth.
Information You Provide to The Trail House
You can enroll Trail House Perks completing the enrollment process after a purchase.
During registration, you will be required to provide The Trail House with Personal Information. This information may include your phone number, First Name, Last Name, birthdate and e-mail address that you elect to link to your Loyalty Program membership.
The Personal Information you provide during registration will be used by the Merchant to track your visits and purchases with Merchant for purposes of determining the rewards that might be available to you.

As Required By Law or Court Order
In certain instances Merchant may disclose your Personal Information when there is reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities that may be causing injury to you, Merchant, ToastTab or others. Merchant may also disclose your Personal Information when we believe the law requires it
Security of Your Personal Information.
Merchant takes your privacy and security seriously. For this reason, Merchant has established security measures to protect and prevent unauthorized access to your Personal Information. While we take steps to protect your Personal Information and keep it secure, Merchant cannot absolutely guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us.
Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement
The Trail House reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at www.thetrailhouse.com, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time The Trail House decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.
